Biography
Alessandra Simone is an experienced Petrophysicist. She thrives working in a multidisciplinary environment, having developed her expertise through the entire reservoir lifecycle, from exploration to production in 6 different countries. With over 20 years of experience in major O&G, she can help identify critical uncertainties in formation characterization as well as tailor and deploy data acquisition programs to de-risk potential projects.
Alessandra is completing her PhD in Petroleum Engineering at University of Houston, where she is developing an acoustic velocity model for unconventional rocks and works as a petrophysical consultant. She holds an MSc in Energy from Heriot Watt University, and a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
